Were you the lucky recipient of a bottle of Roundwood London Dry Gin this Christmas?! We've gathered a couple of new recipes to give a try - they get the stamp of approval from us!
Pomegranate Gin Fizz
- 60ml Roundwood London Dry Gin
- 45ml Pomegranate juice
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- 30ml soda water
- Sprig of Rosemary to garnish (optional)
Place the gin, pomegranate, lemon, sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake until cold for 30 seconds.
Strain into glass, top with the soda and let the egg white form a foam on top.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, serve immediately.
- 45ml Roundwood London Dry Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice (and a lemon twist garnish)
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 90ml Champagne (around 1/2 a glass)
Add gin, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds until cold.
Strain into a flute, top with Champagne.
Garnish and serve.
